Notary Francesco Fiordiliso

Profile

I was born in Naples on 14 January 1976 and have lived in Brescia since 2006, when I became a notary.

I graduated in Law from the University of Naples Federico II in 1999. The same year I obtained a specialisation in ‘Civil Law’ at the University of Naples Federico II, Faculty of Law.  I qualified as a lawyer in 2002 and enrolled in the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Bar Association in 2003.

In 2006, I obtained my PhD in ‘Economic Law’, in the subject ‘Law of Enterprises in Crisis’ at the University of Naples Federico II, Faculty of Economics. I collaborated with Prof. Ernesto Cesàro at the I Chair of Civil Law at the University of Naples Federico II, Faculty of Legal Science.

I passed the notary competition in 2005 and have been enrolled at the Council of Notaries of Brescia since July 2006.
