Recent regulatory changes allow notaries to operate within the boundaries of the region where their main office is located. The notary may therefore also practice outside the offices, being able to operate in other offices or professional places as long as they are within the region of competence. Deeds may concern Italian or foreign clients and concern property or assets located on Italian territory.
