Profile

I was born in Naples on 25 November 1977 and have lived in Brescia since 2006, when I became a notary.

In 1999 I graduated with honours in Law from the University of Naples Federico II. In 2002 I qualified as a lawyer and enrolled in the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Bar Association in 2003. In 2004, I obtained my PhD in ‘Private and Public Property, Current Issues and Historical Precedents’ at The Second University of Naples, Faculty of Law.

I collaborated with Prof. Fernando Bocchini on the IV Chair of Institutions of Private Law at the University of Naples Federico II, Faculty of Law. I passed the notary competition at the age of 27 and have been enrolled at the Council of Notaries of Brescia since July 2006, based in Quinzano d’Oglio.

In 2012 I obtained the certificate for Professional Mediator pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 28 of 4 March 2010.
